♡ TERMS OF SERVICE ♡

♡ You must be 18 years or older;♡ You acknowledge that I’m a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won’t be any shipping of physical goods;♡ All copyrights are reserved to me (@mayoukill). I do not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes, unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made;♡ As the artist, I can still publish the commissioned art on my social media and add it as a part of my portfolio. If the commissioner doesn't want the drawing to be posted, a one time fee of 100% will be charged;♡ No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy my art or remove the watermark from the finished product. You’re not allowed to claim my art as your own in any circumstance;♡ While commissioners are allowed to repost and use the art they ordered, credits to me (mayoukill) or a link to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased;♡ None of my art is allowed to be minted as NFT (Non Fungible Token), not by the commissioner nor anyone else;♡ I don't allow my art to be used in AI.

♡ COMMERCIAL USE ♡

♡ Commercial use intent must be stated beforehand, and for that a one time fee of 100% will be charged (200% if the commissioned art will be sold as physical merchandise).Commercial use includes (but is not restricted to): Vtuber Designs, stream overlays, album or book covers, merchandise art.

♡ ADOPTS ♡

All my adopts come with commercial rights and permission to alter the design as wished.Please note that you need to pay for the adopt you claimed within 48 hours. I do not give refunds for adopts, and cancelling the purchase will result in the client being blocked and blacklisted.

♡ PAYMENT METHODS ♡

I accept payments via Ko-Fi and Stripe only, always 100% upfront.

♡ PURCHASE PROCESS ♡

I'll make you a sketch and wait for the approval. When the finished sketch is settled and I receive the payment, I'll begin working on the piece if there aren't any pending commissions left. If so, I'll notify the client whenever I start their piece, so they can keep up with the deadline and updates on my "queue tab".

Please note that there will be a fee if you want any structural
changes in the art after the approval of the sketch.

♡ I can draw: sky backgrounds or simple blurred ones; character sheets or designs; clothing designs; animalistic traits; accessories (plushies, weapons, objects etc); mild nsfw.♡ I won't draw: mecha; manly or bara characters; furry or realistic animals; heavy nsfw.

♡ DEADLINES & REFUNDS ♡
